摘要
总结刘祖贻运用扶正法治疗肝癌的经验。认为肝癌以脏腑阴阳气血亏虚为本,湿、热、瘀、毒互结为标,正气亏虚、邪毒搏结为其主要病机。临证主张在扶正御邪、扶正祛邪、扶正安邪即"扶正三法"的指导下,以健脾扶正为主,佐以疏肝行气、活血化瘀、清热利湿等法治疗。
This paper summarized LIU Zuyi’s experience in using the three methods of strengthening vital qi to treat liver cancer.It is believed that liver cancer is rooted in zang-organ,fu-organ,yin and yang,qi and blood deficiency,and manifested with intermingled dampness,heat,stasis and toxin.Vital qi deficiency and pathogenic qi fighting and tying are the main pathogenesis.Clinical treatment advocates that under the guidance of "three methods of strengthening vital qi"of strengthening vital qi to defense pathogenic qi,strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic qi,strengthening vital qi to calm the pathogenic qi,the main principle is to strengthen the spleen and strengthening vital qi,and combined with soothing the liver and promoting the qi movement,activating the blood circulation and resolving stasis,clearing away heat and draining dampness.
