摘要
在互联网时代,传统保险业的运营效率得到空前提高,基于长尾理论一些原先不具有规模效应的小众产品也被广泛的开发出来,但产品的严重同质化导致在透明的互联网中价格竞争日益激烈。传统保险在受到挑战的同时,也出现了很多新的机会,可谓风险与机遇并存。本文系统研究了互联网的发展对保险经营产生的影响,并对互联网保险运营过程中的机遇和挑战进行分析,最终提出了打造互联网保险运营生态体系、加强监管制度建设和加强客户信息保护等应对策略。
In the Internet era, the operational efficiency of the traditional insurance industry has been unprecedentedly improved. Based on the long tail theory, some niche products that did not have scale effects have also been widely developed. However, the serious homogenization of products is increasingly fierce in price competition in the transparent Internet. While being challenged, there are also many new opportunities, and risks and opportunities coexist. This paper systematically studies the impact of the development of the Internet on insurance management, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the process of Internet insurance operations. Finally, it proposes strategies for building an Internet insurance operation ecosystem, strengthening the supervision system and strengthening customer information protection.
