基于双层规划模型的冷链物流配送开放式车辆路径优化 被引量:10

Open Vehicle Routing Optimization for Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Based on Bilevel Programming Model

摘要 为了解决传统方法忽略惩罚成本、易腐蚀性产品损失等配送成本,导致路径优化结果较差的弊端,通过建立双层规划模型研究冷链物流配送开放式车辆路径优化方法。将物流中心选址看作决策目标建立上层规划模型,考虑固定成本、运输成本、惩罚成本及损失成本之和最小,建立冷链物流配送车辆路径优化下层规划模型。通过上层规划模型设定初始配送中心选址方案,在此基础上,通过下层规划模型完成配送开放式车辆路径优化,反复调整,通过上下层规划模型的相互作用达到冷链物流配送开放式车辆路径优化的目的。针对上层规划模型的决策变量进行染色体编码,获取最优解,针对下层规划模型通过粒子群算法进行求解。实验结果表明,所提方法路径优化结果成本最低,可行性最高。 In order to solve the problem that the traditional methods neglect the penalty cost,the loss of corrosive products and other distribution costs,resulting in poor routing results,a bi-level programming model was established to study the open vehicle routing optimization method for cold chain logistics distribution.Taking the location of logistics center as a decision-making objective,the upper level programming model is established,and the lower level programming model of cold chain logistics distribution vehicle routing optimization is established considering the minimum sum of fixed cost, transportation cost,penalty cost and loss cost.Based on the upper-level programming model,the initial distribution center location scheme is set,and the lower-level programming model is used to optimize the open distribution vehicle routing,which is adjusted repeatedly.The optimal solution is obtained by chromosome coding for the decision variables of the upper-level programming model,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the lower-level programming model.The experimental results show that the proposed method has the lowest cost and the highest feasibility.
