摘要
设计了一种自动飞行控制系统的性能测试系统,结合测试系统的软件及硬件调试工作,优化了产品的工作逻辑和安全边界测试的流程,解决了系统调试中的接口协议正确性、数据采集实时性与数据队列安全性等问题,实现了被测对象的三轴给定过载、实时过载、偏航角、当前航向、ARINC429、GJB289A等参数的全自动测试、单项自动测试、人机交互测试、自动生成测试工作记录卡等功能;实验结果表明,测试系统能够完成产品的实时数据采集和工作状态控制,对比现有检测设备,产品测试过程无须人工介入,测量的准确性、精度及效率显著提高。
A performance test system of AFCS was designed, combined with the software and hardware debugging work. The software flow of safety boundary testing and product's working logic were optimized and the problems of interface protocol correctness, real-time data collection and data queue security in system debugging were solved. The results show that the test system can complete real-time data acquisition and working state control of the product. Compared with the existing testing equipment, the product testing process did not require manual intervention, and also the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement were significantly improved.
