摘要
为减轻矿产资源开采过程中可能存在的环境污染问题,实现对矿产资源的高效开发利用,提出并设计了一款高效绿色的矿用采掘装置.在阐述该矿用采掘装置结构和工作原理的基础上,对该装置进行力学和功率消耗研究,并对主要影响因素进行实验验证,得出掘进深度和作用力的函数关系图,进一步解释了掘进深度与作用力之间的相互关系,为优化矿用采掘装置提供理论依据.同时分析掘进距离与功率消耗的变化规律,得出在掘进距离小于装置长度时,由于该装置未全部进入土体内部,导致功率消耗较大;当掘进距离大于装置长度时,功率消耗将处在一个微小的变动范围.通过控制系统对功率消耗进行合理控制,可以实现能量的最大利用,达到节能目的.
In order to improve the efficient development and utilization of mineral resources and reduce the possible pollution to the surrounding environment may exist in the process of mineral resources exploitation,the author proposed and designed an efficient green mine excavating equipment,analyzing the working principle and structure of underground mining leaching device,then the device is mechanical and power consumption analysis,main influencing factors for experiment.Tunneling through experiments that the force as a function of depth chart,to explain the relationship between the excavation depth and forces,in order to optimize mine excavating equipment provides a theoretical basis,simultaneous analysis of tunneling distance variation and power consumption.It is concluded that when driving distance less than equipment length,power consumption of the larger internal reason is that the device is not all into the soil.When excavating distance is greater than equipment length,power consumption will be in a tiny changes in the scope,and system power consumption by controlling the reasonable control,can achieve maximum utilization of energy and achieve energy savings.
