摘要
装运机构是煤矿掘进设备的重要组成部分,其装载运输能力直接决定着整机的生产能力。在总结掘进设备常见装运形式的基础上,分析了装运机构的驱动特点,探讨了掘进设备装运机构设计的一般原则,介绍了悬臂式掘进机、连续采煤机和掘锚综合机组的装运机构,为其他类似机构的设计提供参考。
Loading and conveying mechanism is an important composition part of the mine gateway driving equipment and the size of the capacity will directly determine the production capacity of the completed machine.Based on the summary of loading and conveying mechanism styles of mine gateway driving equipment,analyzed the driving specialties and discussed the general design principles of the loading and conveying mechanism,also the loading and conveying mechanisms of mine roadheader,continuous miner and bolter miner were introduced,providing reference on the design of the similar mechanism.
