摘要
北方冬季气候寒冷,给现场综合录井带来很多问题,加强设备防寒保暖及维护保养就显得尤为重要,是确保冬季现场综合录井仪设备正常运转、性能稳定及测量精度的前提。不同型号的综合录井仪,其传感器及信号线、综合录井仪辅助设备、现场总线等大同小异,冬季在野外露天环境下,施工设备设施极易冻坏变形、信号失真。针对北方冬季气候寒冷的特点,选择最佳可行的防寒保暖、维护保养方案,如采用棉毡包裹与锅炉蒸汽保暖相结合等方法,可做到“防”重于“治”,对在北方冬季施工的综合录井队伍是一个良好的建议。
The cold weather in the north of China in winter brings many problems to the on-site compound logging. It is particularly important to strengthen the cold protection and maintenance of the equipments, which is the premise to ensure the normal operation of the on-site comprehensive mud logging unit in winter and to ensure its stable working performance and measurement accuracy. The sensors,signal wires, auxiliary equipments of comprehensive mud logging unit and field bus of different types of comprehensive mud logging unit are similar. In the open-air environment in winter,the construction equipment and facilities easily get frost damage, deformation and signal distortion. In terms of the climate characteristics of the north in winter, measures against cold and frost are formulated.The best and feasible cold protection and maintenance plan are chosen. For the northern comprehensive mud logging team in winter, it is a fair suggestion to make sure that prevention is prior to treatment.
