摘要
目的对小儿手术麻醉中不同麻醉方案的应用效果进行对比,分析应用氯胺酮复合瑞芬太尼的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取70 例2017 年12 月—2018 年12 月在本院接受小儿手术治疗的患者,入组患儿应用不同的麻醉方案,35 例接受氯胺酮持续泵注,设为氯胺酮麻醉组,35 例接受氯胺酮复合瑞芬太尼麻醉,设为复合麻醉组。观察两组血氧饱和度和无创动脉压等指标,记录氯胺酮使用量,并统计患儿苏醒时间。结果术中组间比较显示复合麻醉组的心率水平低于氯胺酮麻醉组,P < 0.05。在氯胺酮使用总剂量方面不同麻醉方案经比较差异具有统计学意义,复合麻醉组使用剂量较低,在患儿平均苏醒时间方面,复合麻醉组也短于氯胺酮麻醉组,P < 0.05。结论小儿手术麻醉中采用氯胺酮复合瑞芬太尼的方式对患儿实施维持麻醉效果较好,且患儿苏醒较快,提示该麻醉方案具有良好的应用效果和应用安全性。
Objective To compare the effect of different anesthesia schemes in pediatric surgery anesthesia, and to analyze the clinical application value of ketamine combined with remifentanil. Methods 70 children who underwent pediatric surgery in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected. The children in the group were given different anesthesia schemes. 35 patients received continuous ketamine infusion as ketamine anesthesia group. 35 patients received ketamine combined with remifentanil anesthesia and were assigned to the combined anesthesia group. Blood oxygen saturation and non-invasive arterial pressure were observed, ketamine usage was recorded, and recovery time was counted. Results Intraoperative comparisons between groups showed that the heart rate in the combined anesthesia group was lower than that in the ketamine anesthesia group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the total dose of ketamine between different anesthesia schemes. The dosage of compound anesthesia group was lower. In terms of the average recovery time, the combined anesthesia group was also shorter than the ketamine anesthesia group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Ketamine combined with remifentanil in pediatric operation anesthesia is effective in maintaining anesthesia, and the recovery of children is faster, suggesting that the anesthesia scheme has good application effect and safety.
