摘要
CRH1型动车组投入运营后,发现车轮轮缘有磨耗现象,部分动车组车轮出现偏磨等异常现象,特别是福州动车段动车组车轮偏磨比较严重,车轮旋修量较大,影响到车轮寿命。通过对运行线路、线路条件、车轮磨耗情况的调查,进行理论分析和计算,提出对特殊线路进行整修、调整进出库运行速度、结合CRH1转向架综合加改方案将LMA踏面更换为LMD踏面、调整一系定位节点刚度等解决方案,有效解决了车轮轮缘的异常磨耗,提高了车轮寿命,车轮平均寿命提高到原来的约2.5倍。
After the CRH1 EMU was put into operation,it was found that the wheel flange was worn and some EMU wheels were eccentric worn. Especially,the eccentric wear of the wheels of Fuzhou EMU was worse and the wheel profiling work was large which affected the service life of the wheels. Based on the investigation to its running line,line conditions and wheel wear status,we finished theoretical analysis and calculation. Solutions such as repairing the special line,adjusting the running speed in and out of the warehouse,replacing LMA tread flour with LMD tread flour in combination with the comprehensive modification scheme of CRH1 bogies,and adjusting the rigidity of primary positioning nodes are put forward in this paper. The abnormal wheel flange wear issues are effectively solved,then wheel life is prolonged,and the average wheel life is increased to about 2.5 times of the original.
