摘要
目的:强化医院科研与临床的紧密结合,促进医院科研成果向临床能力转化。方法:从山西医科大学第二医院全院层面和重点学科层面分别统计分析2013年-2017年医院科研产出指标、临床业务指标的变化趋势以及二者之间的相关性。结果:医院科研实力不断增强,诊疗水平稳步提升,科研对临床的促进作用日益凸显。结论:医院要坚持临床与科研相结合的发展思路,围绕解决临床中的实际问题开展科学研究,注重科研成果向临床能力转化。
Objective:To strengthen the close combination of hospital scientific research and clinical practice,and to pro-mote the transformation of hospital scientific research achievements into clinical competence.Methods:From the hospital level and the key disciplines level,the trends of scientific research output indicators,clinical business indicators and their correlation between 2013 and 2017 were analyzed.Results:The strength of scientific research in hospitals has been continuously strengthened,the level of diagnosis and treatment has been steadily improved,and the role of scientific research in clinical promotion has become increasingly prominent.Conclusion:The hospital should adhere to the development idea of combining clinical and scientific research,carry out scientific research around solving practical problems in clinic,and pay attention to the transformation of scientific research achievements into clinical competence.
