摘要
数字孪生是从数字化技术发展演变而来,成为智能制造中热点话题,但目前还存在对数字孪生模糊甚至不同的看法。文章对比分析了人类的意识空间和计算机组成的虚拟空间在制造领域相互关系,从产品的全生命周期来研究数字化对制造业带来的技术变革,探讨数字孪生技术在智能制造中的地位和作用,并展望了数字孪生技术的发展。
Digital twin evolved from the development of digital technology ,and became a hot topic in smart manufacturing field.However, there are still vague and even different views on Digital twin.This paper compares and analyzes the relationship between the human consciousness space and the virtual space composed of computers in the manufacturing field.at the same time, we will study the technological changes brought about by digitization to the manufacturing industry , and discuss the status and role of digital twin technology in intelligent manufacturing from the whole life cycle of the product, and look forward to the development of digital twin technology.
