摘要
通过基于立卧转换加工中心的高效加工技术的应用研究,设计了典型零件工艺方案及典型塔式工装,满足立卧转换加工工艺要求,优化了工艺流程,从而解决了飞机的小型支座接头类零件的数控加工难题,提升了产品质量及生产效率,降低了生产成本。
Through the study on the application of efficient processing technology of horizontal vertical conversion based on machining center, designed the typical parts process and typical tower tooling,met the horizontal vertical conversion processing requirements, the process was optimized, solved the problem of NC machining small aircraft joint bearing parts, improved product quality and production efficiency, reduced the production cost.
