摘要
使用moran'sI指数和LISA指数对我国31省市2009—2015年高技术企业投资额进行空间计量分析。结果表明:高技术企业投资的跨区域流动整体上存在空间正相关性,即本地区高技术企业投资受其他地区高技术企业投资的空间影响。而局域空间相关性则存在差异;其中东部地区差异巨大,山东高技术企业投资集聚效应明显,处于全国领先地位,上海出现过度集聚现象,表现空间排斥效应;中西部地区在研究区间内集聚效应逐步增强,逐步呈现多个相邻省域之间的规模“抱团”式集聚。应制定符合当地特色的高技术企业发展政策,推动地区之间高技术企业投资跨区域流动,实现各地区经济共同发展。
This paper use moran's I index and LISA index to perform a spatial econometric analysis for high-tech enterprises investment of 31 provinces from 2009 to 2015 in China. The results show that the cross-regional flow of high-tech enterprise investment is positively correlated,that is,the investment of high-tech enterprises in this region is affected by the investment of high-tech enterprises in other regions. The local spatial correlation is different. Among them,there is a huge difference in the eastern region. The investment agglomeration effect of high-tech enterprises in Shandong province is obvious and takes the leading position in China;Shanghai appears excessive agglomeration phenomenon and performs with spatial exclusion effect. The agglomeration effect in the central and western regions gradually increases within the research interval, and gradually presents the scale of "huddling" agglomeration among several adjacent provinces. It is necessary to formulate policies for the development of high-tech enterprises in line with local characteristics,promote the cross-regional flow of high-tech enterprise investment between regions,and realize the common economic development of all regions.
