摘要
失眠是肿瘤患者最常见的并发症之一,属于中医学“不寐”病证,曹建雄教授从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤27年,擅长各种恶性肿瘤的中医辨证辨病治疗,对肿瘤相关性失眠的辨证治疗上亦有独特的优势。曹建雄教授认为肿瘤相关性失眠发病主要是由于气血阴阳失和,营卫失调,阴不敛阳,阳不入阴分所致,治疗上以疏肝理气、清热化痰、活血化瘀、补益心脾、调和脾胃、解毒抗癌为主要法则,临床常用柴胡疏肝散、黄连温胆汤、血府逐瘀汤、归脾汤、半夏秫米汤等方随症加减治疗本病获得良好疗效。
Insomnia is one of the most common complications of cancer patients. It belongs to the syndrome of "not sputum" in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor CAO Jianxiong is engaged in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for 27 years. He is good at treating various malignant tumors with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. There is also a unique advantage in the treatment of sexual insomnia. Professor CAO Jianxiong believes that the main cause of tumor-related insomnia is Qi and blood yin and yang, the dysfunction of the camp, the yin does not converge, the yang does not enter the yin, and the treatment is to soothe the liver, clear the heat, remove blood stasis, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. Replenishing heart and spleen, regulating spleen and stomach, detoxification and anti-cancer are the main rules. Clinically, Chaihu Shugan powder, Huanglian Wendan decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, Guipi decoction and Banxia Demi decoction are used to treat this disease. Get good results.
