摘要
渤海稠油资源丰富,但稠油黏度范围跨度大。研究表明,稠油热采开发注入介质的选择与原油黏度密切相关,针对稠油不同黏度范围优选其适合的注入介质成为研究难点。笔者通过室内实验、数值模拟和理论分析等手段,开展蒸汽、蒸汽复合气体、多元热流体三种注入介质的开发效果评价及增效机理研究,对渤海不同类型稠油油田的注入介质进行优选,形成渤海油田稠油开发注入介质筛选技术。在渤海M油田,利用该研究成果进行注入介质优选并应用后,单井热采高峰日产油相比邻井冷采产能提高三倍。该成果明确了海上不同稠油黏度范围适合的注入介质,为渤海稠油资源的有效开发提供指导。
Bohai oilfield has large reserves of heavy oil resources, and their viscosity varies widely. Studies have shown that injection medium selection in thermal recovery is closely related to oil viscosity, therefore, it becomes a challenge in the research of suitable injection medium optimization according to heavy oil reservoir with different oil viscosity. By means of laboratory experiments, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, the development effect evaluation and efficiency enhancement mechanism of three injection media (steam, steam compound gas and multiple thermal fluid) were carried out in this paper. The injection media of different types of heavy oilfields in Bohai oilfield were optimized, and the injection media screening technology for heavy oil development in Bohai oilfield has been developed. After using the research results to select the injection medium and applying it in M oilfield, the production peak of single well daily output is three times higher than that of adjacent cold production wells. The results identify the suitable injection medium for different viscosity of heavy oil and provide guidance for the effective development of heavy oil resources in Bohai oilfield.
