摘要
超高层建筑结构施工测量精度会直接影响建筑工程的安全性和实用性。文章以中交汇通横琴广场项目为例,说明超高层建筑主体结构施工控制过程的相关测量方法,采用内控制方法和全站仪后方交会方法构建平面控制网、利用激光垂准仪和全站仪组合测量放线控制、浇筑混凝土时利用全站仪测量反射片原理实时动态监测地脚螺栓是否有位移、利用全站仪极坐标法控制钢管柱位置、利用自建的相互垂直的轴线控制网通过全站仪和经纬仪对钢管柱安装测量和钢结构垂直度安装质量进行检验。通过以上方法的组合应用,保证了项目主要结构的测量精度、加快了项目的测量进度。
The measurement accuracy of construction control of super-high-rise buildings will directly affect the safety and practicability of construction projects. Taking the CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World project as an example, we illustrated the relevant measurement methods for the construction control process of the main structure of super-high-rise buildings. Using the internal control method and the total station resection method to construct the planar control network, using the laser vertical collimator and the total station to measure the pay-off control, using the total station to measure the reflection sheet principle to monitor whether there is displacement when the anchor bolt is poured into the concrete. The total station polar coordinate method is used to control the position of the steel pipe column, the self-built vertical axis control is used to inspect the installation measurement of steel pipe column and installation quality of steel structure verticality by total station and theodolite. Through the combined application of the above several methods, the measurement accuracy of the main structure of the project is ensured, and the measurement progress of the project is accelerated.
