摘要
笔者主要介绍了复杂环境下一座65m高砖混结构烟囱的定向爆破拆除方案。烟囱周边环境复杂,采用定向倾倒爆破拆除。通过合理设计爆破切口大小、有效选择爆破参数和起爆网络,保证了筒体构筑物按照预先设计倾倒方向倒塌,同时采取积极的防飞石、防飞溅物的措施,取得了比较理想的爆破效果。
This paper mainly introduces the directional blasting demolition scheme and parameters design of 65 m highbrick -concrete chimney in complex environment. The surrounding environment of chimney is complex, which is demolished by directional toppling blasting. Through rational design of blasting incision size, effective selection of blasting parameters and initiation network, the collapse of the cylinder structure is ensured according to the pre-designed toppling direction, meanwhile, some measures are taken to prevent flying stones and spatter and ideal blasting results have been achieved.
