心电图评分对急性肺栓塞危险程度的预测价值被引量：3

摘要目的研究分析心电图评分对急性肺栓塞危险程度的预测价值。方法随机选取2013年1月-2018年12月期间我院收治的80例急性肺栓塞患者为研究对象,所有急性肺栓塞患者均接受心电图检查,对这80例急性肺栓塞患者的一般资料与临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨心电图评分与急性肺栓塞危险程度之间的关系。结果急性肺栓塞患者的心电图异常主要表现为窦性心动过速和胸前导联T波倒置;高危、中危患者异常例数均显著高于低危患者(P<0.05)。结论心电图评分对急性肺栓塞危险程度具有预测价值,值得临床应用推广。
