摘要 苏桥储气库是由枯竭油气藏型改建的,是目前世界上最深的储气库,与国内其他的枯竭油气藏型储气库相比,具有超深、高温、地层压力系数低,地层漏失量大的特点,这给注采完井的封隔器坐封带来巨大的挑战。在苏桥储气库前期的建设过程中,封隔器坐封成功率为71.3%。针对封隔器坐封成功率低的问题,利用六西格玛方法找出苏桥储气库封隔器坐封成功率低的主要因素,对工作流程及工艺改良优化,达到全面提高封隔器坐封成功率的目的。 Suqiao gas storage is rebuilt from depleted oil and gas reservoir,and is the deepest gas storage in the world at present.Compared with other gas storages rebuilt from depleted oil and gas reservoir in China,Suqiao Gas Storage has the characteristics of ultra-deep,high temperature,low formation pressure coefficient and large formation leakage,which brings great challenges to packer setting in injection-production completion.During the early construction of Suqiao gas storage group,the success rate of packer setting was 71.3%.Aiming at the low success rate of packer setting,the main factors affecting the packer setting success rate of Suqiao Gas Storage are found using Six Sigma method.The aim of improving the success rate of packer setting is achieved through the improvement and optimization of working process.
