摘要
建立扶正解毒散中淫羊藿苷的薄层鉴别法和含量测定方法;色谱条件:Waters XBrige^(TM)C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈∶水(30∶70)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长270 nm;进样体积10μL。该薄层鉴别方法专属性好,无干扰;淫羊藿苷线性回归方程为Y=3E+06X-64 363(r=0.999 7),淫羊藿苷在0.202 2～2.022 0μg范围内线性关系良好,淫羊藿苷的平均回收率为99.98%(RSD=1.3%)。所建立的方法专属性强,方便操作,结果准确,可用于扶正解毒散中淫羊藿的质量控制和标准提高。
To establish the TLC method for identification and determination of icariin in Fuzhengjiedu powder. The chromatographic conditions were as follows:the mobile phase was acetonitrile:water(30∶70),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,the volume of sample was 10 μL. The linear regression equation of icariin was Y=3 E+06 X-64 363(r=0.999 7),and the linear relationship of icariin was in the range of 0.202 2 ~2.022 0 μg. The average recovery of icariin was 99.98(RSD =1.3%). The method was specific,convenient and accurate,and can be used for quality control and standard improvement of herba epimedii in Fuzhengjiedu powder.
