摘要
在4辊轧机上轧制钛粉,通过调整工艺参数分析钛粉轧制的工艺过程。结果表明:轧制成品厚度与轧辊直径、喂料高度成正比;轧制速度越大,成品带厚度越小;辊缝越小,成品带厚度越小,但生坯带厚度减小值要小于辊缝的减小值。
Titanium powder was rolled on a 4-high rolling mill,and the rolling process was analyzed by adjusting process parameters. The results show that the thickness of rolled products is directly proportional to roll diameter and feeding height. The greater the rolling speed,the smaller the thickness of the rolled strip. The smaller the roll gap,the smaller the thickness of the rolled strip,but the reduction value of the green strip thickness is smaller than that of the roll gap.
