Stamping process optimization of automobile clutch vibration plate and the die design

摘要 对离合器从动盘总成零件中的减振盘进行冲压工艺分析,将原工艺的4道工序减少为3道工序,并阐述了减振盘冲压工艺特点及模具设计要点。通过对减振盘冲裁工艺的优化设计,解决了零件位置精度差的问题,在翻边模设计中对不同尺寸要求的位置设计不同成形间隙,以满足零件尺寸要求,成形模上、下成形板型面设计为斜面,以补偿成形过程的回弹。经生产验证,优化后成形的减振盘零件尺寸和位置度均满足要求,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。 A vibration plate of the clutch driven disc assembly was analyzed, and its original four stamping processes were decreased to three processes. The process characteristics of vibration plate and the design point of the die were illustrated in detail. The problem of poor position of parts was solved by optimum designing the cutting process. Different forming clearance were designed in different position of flanging die to meet the size of parts, and the slope plane of forming plate in the forming die were designed to compensate the material springback of forming process. After the production verification, the size and position of the formed vibration plate after optimization were met the requirements.
