摘要
[目的/意义]在开放式创新的驱动下,外部知识搜索已成为创新领域的前沿问题。通过剖析企业外部知识搜索过程,明晰创新网络中企业外部知识搜索活动,促进企业建立和维系网络关系。[方法/过程]对创新网络和外部知识搜索相关文献梳理,分析外部知识搜索过程,构建基于创新网络的外部知识搜索模型。[结果/结论]外部知识搜索过程由外部知识搜寻、知识吸收、知识整合和知识创造四个阶段构成。核心企业和边缘企业外部知识搜索模型具有差异性。构建的基于创新网络的外部知识搜索模型有助于企业明确外部知识搜索过程、建立和维系网络关系、开展高效的外部知识搜索活动,为开放式创新研究及实践提供参考和借鉴。
[Purpose/significance] With the development of the open innovation, the external knowledge search has become the frontier problem. The paper explores the external knowledge search in innovation network , illuminates the external knowledge search in innovation network, and guides enterprises to establish network relation.[Method/process] By innovation network and knowledge search literature review, the paper analyzes the process of external knowledge search, and establishes the external knowledge search model based on innovation network.[Result/conclusion] The process of external knowledge search consists of external knowledge scanning, knowledge absorption, knowledge integration and knowledge creation. There are certain differences in the external knowledge search models of central enterprises and peripheral enterprises. The models will help enterprises to define the process of external knowledge search, establish and maintain network relations, carry out efficient external knowledge search, and provide valuable reference for open innovation research and practice.
