改性PVA的高固含量可剥离去污剂的制备及其性能 被引量:4

摘要 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为成膜基材的可剥离去污剂,由于其固含量偏低而影响其应用。选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为成膜基材,加入乙酸乙烯酯与丙烯酸丁酯以及丙烯酸作为共聚单体,使用半连续乳液聚合法制备了可剥离去污乳液,可提高其固含量至30%(质量分数),黏度约为1600mPa·s。去污剂成膜后膜体的断裂伸长率可达到600%以上。同时对聚合膜进行了红外、核磁、热重以及力学性能分析,并考察了不同单体用量对聚合乳液的粒径、固含量、黏度的影响。 The peelable detergent with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is used as the film-forming substrate, which will affect its application due to its low solid content. In this paper, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is selected as the film-forming substrate. By adding vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as comonomers, a strippable decontamination emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization to increase the solid content to 30%, while the viscosity was about 1 600 mPa·s, and the detergent was formed. The elongation at break of the film can reach 600% or more. At the same time, the infrared, nuclear magnetic, thermogravimetric and mechanical properties of the polymer film were analyzed. The effects of different monomer dosages on the particle size, solid content and viscosity of the polymer emulsion were investigated.
