摘要
目的:研究舒适性护理干预改善老年脑外伤睡眠障碍效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年2月期间山东省菏泽市牡丹区高庄镇中心卫生院收治的老年脑外伤睡眠障碍患者70例作为研究对象,按照不同的护理方式将其随机分为了观察组和对照组2组,每组35例。其中将常规护理应用在对照组中,将舒适性护理干预应用在观察组中,比较2组患者的护理效果以及护理前后的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间。结果:观察组的护理效果为94.29%,对照组的护理效果为62.86%,观察组护理效果要明显高于对照组。另外观察组在护理后的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间数据均要优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义,值得进一步比较分析。结论:舒适性护理干预改善老年脑外伤睡眠障碍效果显著,值得进一步研究发展。
Objective:To study the effect of comfort nursing intervention on improving sleep disorders in elderly patients with brain trauma.Methods:The subjects selected in this study were 70 elderly patients with brain trauma and sleep disorders who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into observation groups and controls according to different nursing methods.The two groups,each group of 35 patients.Among them,routine nursing was applied in the control group,and the comfort nursing intervention was applied in the observation group.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients and the quality of sleep,sleep time and sleep time before and after treatment were compared.Results:The nursing effect of the observation group was 94.29%,and the nursing effect of the control group was 62.86%.The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.In addition,the sleep quality,sleep time and sleep time data of the observation group were better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant and worthy of further analysis.Conclusion:Comfort nursing intervention has a significant effect on improving sleep disorders in elderly patients with brain trauma,which deserves further research and development.
