摘要
化工生产技术管理和化工安全生产是化工企业的热点议题之一,也是化工企业可持续健康发展的两项制约条件。化工企业要实现对物料有效管理,需要借助对二者关系的合理认定和应用,以确保生产工艺过程符合作业要求,进而满足人类对化学物质的基本需求。本研究从化学生产技术管理出发,进一步探寻其与化工安全生产的关系,以为企业经济效益和社会效益的提高提供借鉴。
Chemical production technology management and chemical safety production are one of the hot topics of chemical enterprises,and also two constraints for the sustainable and healthy development of chemical enterprises.To achieve effective management of materials,chemical companies need to rely on the reasonable identification and application of the relationship between the two to ensure that the production process meets the operational requirements,and thus meet the basic needs of humans for chemical substances.This research starts from the management of chemical production technology,and further explores its relationship with chemical safety production,in order to provide reference for the improvement of economic and social benefits.
