摘要
全球物流绩效指数在评估各国物流绩效水平、识别全程物流薄弱环节、提高本国绩效水平方面起到重要的指导作用。铁路物流指数体系的建立能够形成物流体系的评判标准,促进铁路物流体系的发展。在总结国内外已发布物流相关指数综述的基础上,从全球物流绩效指数的定义和构成、调查问卷的设计、数据处理方法三个方面对全球物流绩效指数的设计构成进行阐述,全球物流市场监测及指数测算发布经验对铁路物流指数体系的建立起到一定的启示和借鉴作用。
Global logistics performance index plays an important role in the assessment of national logistics performance level, identifying the weak link in the whole chain and increasing the level of performance. The establishment of railway logistics index could set up an evaluation standard and promote the development of railway logistics system. Therefore, three aspects of global logistics performance including the identification and structure,questionnaire design, data processing method are presented. Eventually, the LPI calculation and release experience inspires the establishment of railway logistics index.
