摘要
目的探讨替硝唑辅助氢氧化钙治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法择取2018年1月—2019年1月我院收治的84例慢性根尖周炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组行氢氧化钙治疗,观察组行替硝唑辅助氢氧化钙治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、牙周袋深度(PD)及牙龈指数(GI)。结果观察组临床疗效92.86%高于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组炎性因子水平、PD及GI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替硝唑辅助氢氧化钙治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效理想,可有效改善患者炎症症状,提升临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tinidazole-assisted calcium hydroxide in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis.Methods 84 patients with chronic apical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide.The observation group was treated with tinidazole-assisted calcium hydroxide.The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor level,periodontal pocket depth (PD) and gingival index (GI) were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 92.86% higher than that of the control group (76.19%),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The inflammatory factor level,PD and GI in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Tinidazole-assisted calcium hydroxide is effective in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis,which can effectively improve the symptoms of inflammation and improve clinical efficacy.
