摘要
分布式光伏和充电桩并网会对公共电网电能质量产生一系列的影响,主要包括电压偏差、谐波和三相电压不平衡。以某市10个具有代表性的分布式光伏和充电桩测量点的现场测试数据为基础,对电能质量的合格情况进行分析;然后研究电能质量5个指标的主要影响因素;最后重点分析了分布式光伏电压越上限问题,并对实际存在的问题提出了针对性建议。
The distributed photovoltaic and charging piles connecting to grid will have a series of impacts on the power quality of public power grid,including voltage deviation,harmonics and three phase voltage unbalance.Based on the field test data of 10 representative distributed photovoltaic and charging pile measuring points in a city,the qualified situation of power quality is analyzed.Then the main influencing factors of five indicators of power quality are studied.Finally,the problem of distributed photovoltaic voltage exceeding the upper limit is analyzed emphatically,and some pertinent suggestions for the practical problems are put forward.
