摘要
以2016—2017年度福州城区配网高压电缆运行情况为例,分析了配网高压电缆产生故障的主要原因,并从工艺质量管控、人员技能提升、管沟资源管理、深化状态检修及电缆进货前端质量管控5个方面提出预防和改进措施,探索行之有效的高压电缆运营管控模式,为相关电力管理部门提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the operation of high voltage cables in Fuzhou urban distribution network from 2016 to 2017 as an example, this paper analyzes the main causes for the faults occurred in high voltage cables in distribution network, and puts forward preventive and improvement measures from five aspects of process quality control, personnel skills upgrading, management of pipe ditch resources, strengthening condition-based maintenance and front end quality control of cable purchasing, and explores effective operation management and control mode for high voltage cables, so as to provide reference for the relevant electric power management departments.
