低伤害纳米增效压裂液在福山油田的应用 被引量:4

摘要 海南福山油田属于复杂断块性油田,储层致密,自然产能低,在压裂改造过程中,常规瓜胶压裂液往往表现出施工压力高,地层伤害严重,增产效果不理想。为提高致密油藏压裂改造效果,研发了低伤害纳米增效压裂液体系,通过室内性能评价和现场应用表明该压裂液体系具有良好携砂性能、低伤害性能、洗油性能,对福山油田致密油藏起到了良好的增产稳产效果。 Hainan Fushan oilfield is a complex fault-block oilfield with tight reservoirs and low natural productivity.In the fracturing process,conventional guar fracturing fluids often exhibit high operation pressure,serious formation damage and unsatisfactory yield increasing effect.In order to improve the effect of tight reservoir fracturing,a low-damage nano-enhanced fracturing fluid system is researched and developed.The laboratory performance evaluation and field application show that the fracturing fluid system has good sand carrying performance,low damage performance and oil washing performance.It has a good effect of increasing production and stabilizing production for the tight reservoir of Fushan oilfield.
