摘要
介绍了一种由阵列式数字化γ辐射探头组成的铉矿石选矿在线测量系统。探测器采用NaI(T1)晶体,通过脉冲放大、滤波成形和单道脉冲幅度甄别等电路输出数字矩形脉冲,构成单路数字化γ辐射探头。牡矿石依次经过十路探头,探头产生的脉冲计数和作为矿石筛选依据,由FPGA实现十路计数器、求取计数和以及与上位机串行通信,上位机软件采用Python语言编写,具有实时显示铉矿石含量、异常报警、参数调整和输岀保存等功能。经测试,系统运行稳定可靠,可满足实际工作需要。
This paper introduces an on-line measuring system for ore beneficiation composed of arrayed gamma radiation probes. The detector uses a φ50 mm× 100 mm Nal ( T1) crystal and outputs a digital rectangular pulse through a circuit such as pulse amplification, filter shaping, and single-pass pulse amplitude discrimination to form a single digital gamma radiation probe. After the thorium ore passes through 10 probes, the number of digital pulses generated by each probe is counted and used as the basis for the cesium ore screening. Based on FPGA to achieve 10 counters, to obtain the count and serial communication with the PC, the PC software developed using Python language, with real-time display of germanium ore content, data anomaly alarm, adjustment of the parameters and data storage, etc. After testing, the system is stable and reliable and this design meets the actual work requirements.
