摘要
发掘詹天佑的工程人才思想,对于大规模培养合格的工程人才,具有直接的现实意义。本文分析了《敬告青年工学家》一文中詹天佑的工程人才思想,以工程知识为基础,以工程道德规范为行为准则,从理论与实践并举,循序渐进及谨慎行事等方面对詹天佑的工程人才思想进行探讨,阐述其对于当代工程教育的启示意义。
The thoughts of Jeme Tien Yow on engineering talent are his outstanding contribution to society. These thoughts and their application in engineering talent have practical significance in the improved development of large-scale qualified engineering talent and effective engineering practice.This paper discusses the thoughts of Jeme Tien Yow on engineering talent from the following perspectives:engineering knowledge,engineering ethics as a code of conduct,and combined theory and practice.This is achieved using “Advice to Young Engineers” as a main case study in a step-by-step approach.This paper also highlights the significance of these thoughts in modern engineering education in China.
