摘要
某轻型客车前麦弗逊悬架使用横置板簧代替螺旋弹簧。通过建立合适的横置板簧式麦弗逊悬架的力学模型,推导出悬架刚度与复合板簧系统刚度的换算关系,并对横置板簧和橡胶垫组成的复合板簧系统的刚度进行计算和分析。
The front McPherson suspension of a light bus applies the transverse leaf spring instead of helix spring. In order to deduce the conversion relationship of the suspension stiffness with the stiffness of the composite spring system,a suitable mechanical model of the McPherson suspension with transverse leaf spring is set up. The system stiffness of the composite spring,which consists transverse leaf spring and rubber mat,is also calculated and analyzed.
