论硫回收装置压滤程序优化的重要性

摘要 扬州石化硫回收装置主要目的是将来自炼油分厂一、二次加工过程中产生的汽提酸气及再生酸气进行脱硫净化处理,实现脱硫净化后气相中H2S含量满足设计指标,是公司重要的环保处理设施。此工艺产生硫磺与药剂混合,形成硫磺浆,需要进行固液分离。目前采用隔膜压滤机,硫磺浆液进入压滤机后,经过洗涤、吹扫、压榨等工序将硫磺浆中药剂分离,然后回收利用。由于分离效率低,硫磺中夹带药剂量较大,消耗严重,因此需要优化压滤程序以降低药剂损失。 The main purpose of Yangzhou Petrochemical Sulfur Recovery Unit is to desulfurize and purify stripping acid gas and regenerated acid gas from the primary and secondary processing of refinery,so as to achieve the H2S content in the gas phase after desulfurization and purification to meet the design targets. It is an important environmental protection treatment facility of the company. This process produces sulphur mixed with reagents to form sulphur slurry,which requires solid- liquid separation. At present,the diaphragm filter press is used. After the sulfur slurry enters the filter press,the traditional Chinese medicine of the sulfur slurry is separated by washing,purging and pressing,and then recycled. Because the separation efficiency is low,the amount of entrained agents in sulphur is large and the consumption is serious,it is necessary to optimize the pressure filtration process to reduce the loss of agents.
