摘要
本文提出了一种基于布谷鸟算法(CS)的多目标公差设计方法。在传统的制造成本和质量损失函数基础上,引入产品的装配性能,建立新型多目标公差设计优化模型,并提出使用模糊层次分析法确定各分目标的权重因子。运用非惯性权重方式调整步长因子,改进布谷鸟算法并用于求解得到的多目标公差设计模型。以一个齿轮组装配件作为算例,验证布谷鸟算法求解公差设计模型的适用性与可行性,为公差设计的分配方案提供新的求解方式。
The paper proposed a multi-objective tolerance design method based on Cuckoo Search(CS)algorithm.Based on the traditional manufacturing cost and mass loss function,the assembly performance of the product is introduced,and a new multi-objective tolerance design optimization model is established.Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient of each sub-goal.Adjust the step size factor by the non-inertial weight method,thus improving the CS algorithm and used the improved CS to solve the multi-objective tolerance design model.Taking a gear assembly as an example,verified the applicability and feasibility of the CS algorithm to solve the tolerance design model,and provided a new solution for the allocation scheme of tolerance design.
