摘要
本文运用Wind数据库中2007—2014年服务业上市公司数据,考察了金融契约执行效率对服务业企业生产率的影响。研究发现:(1)在全国样本中,金融契约执行效率的改善可以显著提高我国服务业企业TFP,但运用固定效应分地区研究后发现促进作用只在东部地区显著。(2)进一步的门槛效应检验显示,只有当一地区的金融支持水平到达一定的高度,才能充分激发金融契约执行效率促进服务企业生产率提高的潜力。在采用系统GMM模型以及使用不同的金融契约执行效率的指标控制模型可能存在的内生性后,上述结论依旧稳健可信。
This paper uses the data of listed companies in the service industry from 2007 to 2014 in the Wind database to examine the impact of financial contract execution efficiency on the productivity of service companies.The study found that:(1)In the national sample,the improvement of financial contract execution efficiency can significantly improve the TFP of China's service industry enterprises,but the use of fixed effects sub-regional research found that the promotion effect is only significant in the eastern region;(2)further threshold effect The test shows that only when the financial support level of a region reaches a certain height can the financial contract execution efficiency be fully stimulated to promote the productivity of service enterprises.The above conclusions are still robust and credible after adopting the system GMM model and the endogenous nature of the index control model using different financial contract execution efficiencies.
