摘要
知识产权已经成为大数据、智能化时代支撑高技术产业和互联网新兴产业创新发展的脊梁,它决定企业的核心竞争力和各国家地区经济可持续的发展质量。该文对“互联网+”时代我国知识产权服务的现状、影响及存在问题进行分析,提出互联网背景下知识产权保护、知识产权服务平台构建的策略。
Intellectual property rights have become the backbone of supporting the innovation and development of high-tech industries and emerging Internet industries in the era of big data and intelligence, which determines the core competitiveness of enterprises and the sustainable development quality of national and regional economy. This paper analyzes the current situation, inf luence and existing problems of intellectual property services in the era of “Internet Plus”, and puts forward strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights and the construction of intellectual property service platform under the internet background.
