高铁轨道板板下病害超声探测动力学特征及应用 被引量:8

摘要 阐述了一种基于超声波干涉动力学特征提取高铁轨道板板下损伤病害的探测技术。首先利用水槽模拟试验获取的特定超声检测仪超声子波作为激励源信号,建立单个及组合离缝体作为轨道板板下损伤病害模型,然后采用数值模拟与物理模拟试验相结合对该技术的有效性进行实验验证,对比分析了超声等偏移剖面的波动学与动力学特征后发现,波动学特征上直达波信号的尾波与层界面或病害体的反射信号会产生干涉,通过截取反射波至后续时段信号进行频谱分析,动力学特征能稳健准确地描述出损伤病害体的相对位置。最后在高铁CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板足尺模型上进行了实地检验,验证了应用效果。 Based on the ultrasonic interference dynamics, a detection technique for extracting damage diseases under a high-speed rail track slabs is expounded. Using the ultrasonic wavelet of the specific ultrasonic detector obtained by the water tank simulation test as the excitation source signal, a single and combined slit body is established as the damage disease model under the track plate. The effectiveness of the technique is verified by numerical and physical simulation experiments. After comparing and analyzing the kymatology and dynamic characteristics of equal-offset ultrasonic profiles, Interference will occur between the coda of the direct wave signal and the reflection signal of the interface layer or the disease body in kymatology characteristics. By intercepting the reflected wave period to the subsequent period of time for spectrum analysis, the dynamics feature can accurately describe the relative position of the disease body. The fieldexamination on the full-scale model of CRTS Ⅲ type of high-speed railway unballastedtrack slab is carried outand the application effect is confirmed.
