摘要
本文运用PDCA循环管理方法,分析某三级医院实施按病种付费管理过程中,错报漏报结算待遇的原因和费用超标结余的影响因素,并进行持续改进,以提高按病种付费的结算准确率和费用合理性。
In this paper,PDCA cycle management method is used to analyze the causes of misstatement of settlement treatment and the infl uencing factors of excessive balance of expenses in the process of implementing payment by disease in a tertiary hospital. Continuous improvement will be made to improve the accuracy and rationality of payment according to disease type.
