摘要
目的探究结肠息肉患者实施内镜下高频电切除术的疗效与安全性。方法方便选择2013年1月—2017年4月期间入住该院接受治疗的结肠息肉患者102例作为该次研究目标,借助单双号法将患者分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者实施单纯内镜下高频电切术治疗,治疗组患者实施内镜下注射联和高频电切术治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率,分析术中出血量、手术总用时、患者住院天数等指标差异性,并统计患者不良反应发生率情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(χ^2=8.2792,P<0.05),术中出血量(5.72±1.43)mL少于对照组(11.47±3.22)mL,手术总用时(29.34±1.72)min长于对照组(21.31±1.62)min,患者住院天数(4.12±0.28)d短于对照组(7.83±1.31)d(t=11.6549、24.2703、19.7782,P<0.05),且治疗组不良反应发生率较低。结论结肠息肉患者实施内镜注射联合高频电切除术治疗效果显著,安全性更高,可加速患者恢复,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic high-frequency electric resection in patients with colonic polyps. Methods 102 patients with colon polyps who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to April 2017 were convenient selected as the target of this study. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by single and double number method, and the control group was treated with simple internal control under the microscope, high-frequency electric resection was performed;the treatment group underwent endoscopic injection combined with high-frequency electric resection. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared. The intraoperative blood loss, total operation time, and hospitalization days were analyzed, and statistics on the incidence of adverse reactions in patients were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ^2=8.279 2, P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss (5.72±1.43)mL was less than the control group (11.47±3.22)mL, and the total operation time was (29.34±1.72)min was longer than the control group (21.31±1.62)min, the hospitalization days (4.12±0.28)d were shorter than the control group(7.83±1.31)d(t=11.654 9, 24.270 3, 19.778 2, P<0.05), and the adverse reactions in the treatment group are low. Conclusion Endoscopic injection combined with high-frequency electric resection in patients with colon polyps has a significant effect on treatment, which is safer and can accelerate the recovery of patients. It is worth promoting.
