突扩管内部流体流动性能的数值模拟 被引量:5

Numerical simulation of fluid flow performance in sudden expansion pipe

摘要 突扩管作为一种特殊的管道,是两种或者多种截面发生突变的管道。为了考察突扩管内部流体流动的具体形态,采用Fluent软件对突扩管进行数值模拟研究,考察其内部压力云图和温度云图,通过改变突扩管管径和进口流速,考察其对传热系数K和压降Δp的影响。结果表明,突扩管内部压力云图和速度云图可以分为细管区域和粗管区域两部分,流体在远离截面突变处呈稳定状态,在截面突变处出现死区;随着突扩管管径的增大,K呈减小的趋势,Δp呈增大的趋势,K/Δp呈减小的趋势;随着进口流速的增大,K和Δp均呈增大的趋势,K/Δp呈减小的趋势。所得结论对突扩管的实际应用有一定的指导意义。 As a special kind of pipe,sudden expansion pipe is a pipe with two or more cross-sections mutating.In order to investigate specific flow pattern inside sudden expansion pipe,the FLUENT software was used to simulate sudden expansion pipe.The internal pressure and temperature nephograms were investigated.By changing diameter and inlet flow velocity of sudden expansion pipe,the influence of flow pattern on heat transfer coefficient K and pressure drop Δ p was investigated.The results show that pressure and velocity nephograms can be divided into two parts: thin pipe region and thick pipe region.The fluid is in a stable state far from the sudden change of cross-section,the dead zone appears at sudden change of cross-section.With the increase of diameter of sudden expansion pipe,heat transfer coefficient decreases,pressure drop at the inlet and outlet increases,and the K /Δ p decreases.With the increase of heat transfer coefficient K and inlet and outlet pressure drop Δ p , K /Δ p shows an increasing trend,while K /Δ p shows a decreasing trend.The conclusions obtained have certain guiding significance for the practical application of sudden expansion pipe.
