摘要
为观察主动关联护理在肛周脓肿术后的应用效果,将行肛周脓肿手术患者114例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施主动关联护理,比较2组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑评分和睡眠质量评分。结果显示,观察组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑评分和睡眠质量评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,对肛周脓肿术后患者实施主动关联护理可有效减轻患者的疼痛,减少焦虑等不良情绪,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。
To observe the application effect of active correlation nursing using in postoperative perianal abscess( PA) patients, 114 patients with PA were randomly divided into control group( n=57 , received routine nursing) and observation group( n=57,received active correlation nursing on the basis of the control group),then the pain degree,anxiety score and sleep quality score were compared between the two groups. As results,the pain degree,anxiety score and sleep quality score in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The results show that the implementation of active correlation nursing for patients with PA after operation can effectively alleviate pain, reduce anxiety negative emotions,and improve the quality of sleep,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
