摘要
为观察益生菌联合美沙拉秦栓治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,将溃疡性结肠炎患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予美沙拉秦栓治疗,观察组给予口服益生菌联合美沙拉秦栓治疗,比较2组患者的临床效果、临床相关指标及不良反应发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者临床相关指标明显优于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,益生菌联合美沙拉秦栓治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。
This study was to observe the effect of probiotics plus mesalazine suppository in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC),randomly divided 100 cases of UC into control group(5.0 cases,adopted mesalazine suppository)and observation group(50 cases,orally probiotics+mesalazine suppository),then compared both groups clinical effect,the relevant clinical norms,and untoward reaction incidence.As results,in total effective rate.in untoward reaction incidence,and in the relevant clinical norms observation group was respectively and significantly higher,lower and superior than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that probiotics plus mesalazine suppository for treating UC has significant effect.
