摘要
目的:探讨伤寒论对恶性肿瘤的认识及在临床治疗中的应用,探寻中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的方法途径,挖掘并整理伤寒论诊疗恶性肿瘤的学术思想。方法:查询中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊网等医学文献检索服务系统及伤寒论著作,探讨伤寒论学说在癌性发热、癌性疼痛、消化道恶性肿瘤、肺癌、乳腺癌、脑胶质瘤、血液肿瘤等方面的应用。结果:伤寒论临床治疗肿瘤多用柴胡类方或泻心汤类方,其治疗肿瘤不拘泥于全证,将"但悉一证便可用之"发挥至极致;其还善用六经辨证进行肿瘤的治疗,效如浮鼓。结论:伤寒论可广泛用于恶性肿瘤的治疗,且疗效确切。
Objective: To explore the understanding of malignant tumors and the application of Treatise on fibre diseases in clinical therapy, and the methods of TCM for treatment of malignant tumors, as well as organization the academic thoughts for treating malignant tumors by using the theroy of Treatise on fibre diseases. Methods:Through the China Medical Network, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, Weipu Journal Network and other medical literatures retrieval service systems as well as relevant works,the application of Treatise on Febrile fever in clinical therapy were investigated, such as typhoid fever, cancer pain,digestive tract malignancy,lung cancer, breast cancer, gliomaandleukemia. Results: The Bupleurum and Xiexin Decoctions for the treatment of tumors were widely used in clinical therapy. It is not limited to the full card, and it will be used to the fullest extent. The treatment of tumors is like floating drums. Conclusion: Treatise on cold can be widely used treatment of malignant tumors, and the curative effect is exact.
