摘要
针对长期以来城市中压配电网结构复杂、网络不清晰和分界模糊等问题,业界普遍采用以供电网格为单元的中压配电网规划方法。为此,结合中压配电网现状,构建以跨网格线路数量尽可能少、现状联络线尽可能在同一网格内、线路配变尽可能在同一网格为网格的划分目标,以网格内地块邻接、网格配变总容量、网格馈线总数量和网格面积作为约束条件的中压配电网网格划分模型,并采用遗传算法求解所提模型,克服了过分依赖规划人员主观经验的局限性,以便为配电网网格化规划作前期准备。最后以深圳某中压配电供电区域为算例,验证所提网格划分模型的可行性及有效性。
To solve long-existing problems of complex structure,unclear networking and fuzzy boundary in urban medium-voltage distribution networks,the planning method of medium-voltage distribution network is generally adopted in the industry,with power supply mesh being taken as the unit.Under consideration of current status of medium-voltage distribution networks,a medium-voltage distribution network meshing model was established with the object of having as few grid-crossing lines as possible,arranging as many current-state liaison lines as possible within the same grid and putting as many distribution transformers as possible into the same grid,under the constraint conditions of plot adjacency within the grid,total capacity of grid distribution transformers,total number of grid feeders and grid area.Furthermore,the proposed model was solved in the generic algorithm to avoid over-reliance upon subjective experience of planners in their early preparation for the meshing plan of the distribution network.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the proposed meshing model was verified in a case study of a middle-voltage distribution power supply area in Shenzhen.
