摘要
本文从整个信息安全体系建设的重要性和发展趋势出发,以云南电网公司玉溪电网安全基线检查工作为基础,详细介绍了安全基线内涵,包括安全基线的概念、背景、范围、组成、评估方法等,比较安全基线和传统的安全技术的不同。通过分析玉溪电网信息安全现状,介绍了玉溪电网信息安全基线应用实践及效果。
Starting from the importance and development trend of the whole information security system construction, and based on the safety baseline inspection of Yuxi power grid of Yunnan Power Grid Company, this paper introduces the connotation of safety baseline in detail, including the concept, background, scope, composition and evaluation method of safety baseline, and compares the difference between safety baseline and traditional safety technology. By analyzing the information security status of Yuxi power grid, the application practice and effect of information security baseline of Yuxi power grid are introduced.
