摘要
目的探讨如何从发表的文献中寻找研究课题,为在临床进行科学研究的护理人员选题过程提供经验的借鉴。方法以发表的文献为例介绍选题过程如何恰当筛选文献作为研究选题的理论依据,研究课题发表论文后如何关注文献被引用的情况,从发表论文后的研究结论作为研究起点或研究局限进行研究选题。结果选题过程做好文献的筛选是开展研究选题的起点;研究课题论文发表后关注引用及被引用的情况是进一步提炼研究课题的切入点;从发表论文后的研究结论作为研究起点或研究局限进行研究选题,是研究课题选择的节点。结论以上3个环节互相联系、互相影响,构成一个周密的、循环的、不断提炼研究选题的过程,在临床开展科学研究选题时值得学习与借鉴。
Objective To explore how to find research topics in published studies, and to provide experience-based guidance for clinical nurses who are also engaged in scientific research. Methods Taking published studies as examples to give a demonstration about how to choose appropriate papers as theoretical foundation during the process of deciding a research topic. In the meantime, it shows how to track and analyze the citation of concerned studies, and then determine the research topic based on the conclusions or limitations of published papers. Results The process begins from screening for published studies, and the pointcut is the citation profile of the study. After careful browse and analysis, the research topic can be determined according to the conclusions or limitations of other studies. Conclusion The three steps interact and influence with each other, working together to build an elaborate and thorough frame for finding a research topic, which is worth of learning during clinical scientific research settings.
