摘要
本文通过对高职高专职业技能大赛(以酒店管理专业为例)的概况及赛标进行分析,提出从人才能力培养目标、课程体系建设、教师职业能力提升、校企共享资源融合创新等角度,构建职业技能大赛与常规教学融合的人才培养的综合体系。
This article analyzes the general situation and competition standards of vocational competitions (taking the hotel management profession as an example) and the standard were analyzed,and put forward based on vocational skills contest ability of talents training target,course system construction,teachers' professional ability to ascend,the shared resource integration innovation such as dimension and build professional skills contest with the conventional teaching talent cultivation systemof comprehensive.
