摘要
目的探讨早期鼻肠管营养支持治疗重症颅脑外伤患者的效果及并发症。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年6月收治的110例重症颅脑外伤患者,采用单双号分组法分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组采用早期常规营养支持,观察组采用早期鼻肠管营养支持,比较两组患者治疗前后的总蛋白、血红蛋白、血糖水平和并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组的总蛋白、血红蛋白、血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组的总蛋白和血红蛋白水平高于对照组,血糖水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的23.64%(P <0.05)。结论对重症颅脑外伤患者行早期鼻肠管营养支持治疗的效果明显,并发症较少,安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect and complications of early nasointestinal nutrition support in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods 110 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital from January2018 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to single or double number, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received early routine nutrition support, while the observation group received early nasointestinal nutrition support. The total protein, hemoglobin and blood glucose levels before and after treatment and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the total protein, hemoglobin and blood glucose levels between the two groups(P >0.05). 7 d after treatment, the total protein and hemoglobin levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the blood glucose level was lower than that of th e control group(all P<0.05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was 9.09%, lower than 23.64% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Early nasointestinal nutrition support in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma has significant effect, fewer complications and higher safety,which is worthy of promotion.
